It was supposed to be a 6x800 but I just couldn't do it.&nbsp; The weekend before was intense which might have something to do with it<br />-US Half Marathon on Sunday.&nbsp; Rain, rain, rain.&nbsp; But I'm glad I ran anyway.&nbsp;
